An exciting opportunity for a Higher Education Equine Programme Manager and Lecturer has become available at Duchy College, part of The Cornwall College Group, one of the leading land-based colleges in the country.
We are looking for a PhD qualified individual, or one near completion of a PhD in a relevant subject to join us in our Higher Education animal science equine team. The successful candidate will be responsible for HE student tuition levels 4-7, management of HE equine programmes and design of modules and assessments. Supporting and managing the overall student learning experience within the Animal Science curriculum as well as the wider roles of marketing and promotion of the provision are also included.

Applicants must enjoy teaching all levels of learner have a Stage 3 teaching certificate or be willing to work towards one plus appropriate academic qualifications to level 8. Relevant commercial, academic or vocational experience in the equine industry with a minimum of 2 years successful teaching in Higher Education is essential.
