We require a highly motivated and enterprising individual to take the lead in the day to day management of the Equestrian Centre.
Reporting to the Curriculum Area Manager, you will need to be able to meet the needs of our customers, whilst supporting the curriculum and maintaining high quality industry standards. Experience of managing a busy BHS approved Training Centre and Livery yard would be essential along with BHS A.I. (Stage 3 complete) as a minimum.
Recent experience of developing commercial income would be desirable along with the ability to lead an experienced team.

Based at Camborne, we are looking for an experienced individual to deliver the City and Guilds L3 Plumbing and Heating Diploma to third- and fourth-year apprentices, and the 2-year Level 3 Gas Engineering Apprenticeship to both year groups. The role involves design, development and delivery of learning material, use of online learning platforms, along with assessment of practical tasks in our workshops. You will set targets, monitor and track individual progress and ensure the learners complete in a timely fashion having enjoyed an excellent learning experience.
Applicants must have minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating, hold current Gas Safe Registration and have a verifiable record of varied industry experience, and a desire to pass on this experience to the next generation of Plumbers and Heating Engineers. Based at the beautiful Bicton campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to be part of the delivery team for our land-based engineering programmes. We welcome applicants with a wide practical skillset across the range of land-based machinery and a passion to transfer these skills to learners.
Applicants must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a related subject. Experience in working on a range of agricultural and/or plant machinery is essential and candidates need to be confident they can deliver both practical and theory sessions to a range of learners. Previous teaching experience is not essential, however, being able to demonstrate training or development of staff in the industry would be advantageous. Knowledge of apprenticeships is also highly desirable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen, to join the counselling teaching team at the Cornwall Counselling Institute, part of the The Cornwall College Group. We hold the only Higher Education BACP accredited professional training course in Counselling in Cornwall. We are looking for a professional and experienced Counsellor, preferably with teaching/training qualifications and experience, to join our team for two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). You would primarily teach across Level 5 Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and Therapy. You may also be required to teach on other H.E. counselling courses, contribute to the administration and development of the department and take an active role in supporting the in house placement manager.
